Hi there, I am a qualified Mandarin teacher from China Shanghai no accent. I have 10 years teaching experience of Mandarin to speakers of other languages. I taught 1 on 1, 1 on 2 classes and group classes in Chinese language schools, Australia and UK. My passion are to make Mandarin learning fun, easy and effective and explore Chinese culture, food and travel.

My students are from all over the world, all ages from 2 to 65 years old, they are working professionals, housewives, university intern students, teenagers, children.

I love teaching Chinese to help students learn more about China, Chinese cultures, Chinese language and help students to adapt to life in China more quickly. It is a truly rewarding job to see students improve, get confidence in using Chinese and get adapted to China's life well.

I use a task-based method and a variety of teaching methodsn which depend on your Chinese language goal and learning styles, we can discuss what learning styles best suit you. I will try my best to teach and guide you, develop your interest and to be self-motivated, get your language goal. If you want to improve your speaking and listening, I will use 80%-100% Mandarin and encourage you speak Mandarin as much as possible during the class.

I am very patient, fun, easy-going, optimistic and open minded.
I love cooking, traveling, movies, listening to music, different cultures, riding bikes, learning dance, instruments, art, going to the theatre, design, gardening…
