Su di me

Hello everyone,
My name is Giannis and I am native Greek teacher. The last eight years I live in Athens and the last three years I teach Greek online to foreign students. If you want to learn Greek in an easy and fast way, you are in the right place. My method is based on the similarities between the Greek and the Romance languages as well as on their practice through music, movies and of course speaking.
I am also passionate with the learning of foreign languages and that helps me a lot because I can see things also from the student's perspective and I can understand the difficulties that a language learning has. Although don’t worry, I know the way to overcome this difficulties.
Among my previous students many have had difficulties in the structure of Greek grammar and this is the reason why we will focus on grammar in our private lessons using the proper bibliography.
Generally we will mainly focus on:
- speaking development and practice
- learning materials for vocabulary reasons
- grammar explanation
- listening comprehension, also through movies and songs
- tests
-interview preparation
- Greek for tourists

Qualifications & Experience: I have a certification of teaching Greek as second or foreign language(EOPEP) and I also have many years of experience in teaching Greek to foreign students online.
Teaching Approach: My experience taught me that every student has different needs and ways of learning. So my method is really flexible and it depends on the student and on his/her learning goals.
I hope I will hear from you soon! Σας περιμένω!
