I am a Yiddish and Russian teacher with general linguistic degree, currently PhD student. I love learning languages, and I studied in Germany and France and Israel. After learning Yiddish at various summer schools, I taught the language in different circumstances, from universities to synagogues. I teach my native Russian to adults and bilingual children. I can be most helpful for those who want to be connected to their ancestry, better understand their partner or are in love with the culture. In such cases it feels especially right. I believe language learning can heal, make us stronger and give purpose. I use modern teaching methods and technical advantages. I'm particularly concerned about difficulties people face in language learning, like fear of speaking or concentration deficit. I do my best to support my students and make them confident and happy.
